Abstract
The clinical manifestations of primary carcinoma of the liver are so pleomorphic and bizarre that many excellent reviews and case reports on this subject have been published.
But little attention has been given to the pulmonary manifestations of the disease.
The purpose of this case analysis is to emphasize the varied pulmonary manifestations of the disease.
The common pulmonary signs confirmed by the roentgenological study are as follows.
(1) Right hemidiaphragm elevation or bulging
(2) Solitary pulmonary metastatic nodule
(3) Discrete pulmonary metastatic nodules
(4) Right basal atelectasis
(5) Hilar lymphnode enlargement
(6) Right pleural effusion
(7) Mediastinal mass
(8) Pulmonary congestion
(9) Diffuse interstitial infiltration.
